Minimalist shoe review

Here’s a Minimalist Shoes Review I put together for Running Free Magazine. I’m currently wearing Kinvara by Saucony – and I love them.

The Running Shopper Pages

Hi everyone

In my 18 months as Editor of Running Free, I reviewed heaps of products, tried and tested shoes, gear, clothes, nutrition products, and extras for runners. I’m a runner. I run every day. I also run a club and I know what runner’s need and what runner’s love!

Aqua Training

We all know the benefits of cross training, and sometimes, for example when we’re injured we’re forced to try something different. I’ve been so impressed by my friend Julia, who has made her injury benefit her, by doing some aqua training in the sea. Read about it in her blog. As someone who used to teach Aqua Aerobics, I know that this is a great way to get fit and strong, without getting injured, but you might need a few basic bits of gear first.

Zalando – a great new online shop

For every runner, whether you’re a fitness fanatic and training for a marathon, or just starting to run as a way of staying healthy and getting fit, finding the right clothing and sports shoes for such active wear is key.

For some really amazing Active Wear, take a visit to www.simplysweat.com.

I went straight to Active Wear/Women’s. As I run a lot and coach, I like to have something that’s in between my running gear and normal clothes, and I needed some tracky bottoms for every day wear and circuits classes. One click on pants and I found these gorgeous dazzling blue Puma pair.
