- Every 4 to 6 weeks we hold a FREE 5k time trial
- Every eight weeks we provide a FREE V02 max fitness assessment
On Wednesdays, first session is always free, thereafter a monthly standing order is due, to be paid on the first of the following month. If you join mid month we can take an interim cash payment (after the first session).
